Maritime & logistics English training for teams in Hamburg
Tailored English Training for Maritime & Logistics Teams
No Standard Course Content. No One-Size-Fits-All Training
Every company operates differently. Communication challenges vary by team, role, and workflow.
Each training program is built around your company’s specific needs and real work situations. There is no fixed curriculum or generic content.
As a first step, a free on-site needs analysis is conducted with your team to assess communication needs, roles, and real work situations. This ensures the training is tailored from the start.
Who is this for?
This training is designed for teams in Hamburg that already use English in their work but need to communicate more clearly, efficiently, and professionally in international environments such as:
Logistics and maritime companies working with international clients
Teams that rely on clear, English communication in emails, calls, and meetings
Companies looking for practical, small-group English training tailored to their operations
Training Structure
On-Site Needs Analysis
1
Training begins with a free on-site needs analysis at your company.
This includes observing how your team communicates, identifying typical communication situations, and understanding where misunderstandings or inefficiencies occur.
Short conversations with participants are used to assess current communication levels and specific challenges.
Based on this, a tailored training plan is developed for your team.
12-Session Training Structure
2
Typically training is delivered in a tailored 12-session program of 1.5 hour sessions, scheduled once or twice a week depending on current English levels and scheduling availability of the participants. Group sizes are limited to up to 4 participants.
Sessions are built around the actual communication tasks performed by the participants in day-to-day work such as meetings, client calls, or emailing. Content for the course is based on relevant, current topics that apply to the work of the participants.
Progress Reporting
3
Progress is monitored throughout the program through ongoing feedback and observation.
After 6 sessions, a structured midpoint review is conducted to adjust focus areas and ensure relevance.
At the end of the program, a summary of progress and recommendations for continued development is provided.
